"Cynthia definitely challenges me as a therapist, but I never doubt that she has my best interest in mind. Since seeing her my depression has decreased, I've been more able to handle my day to day activities and my general overwhelm is less. It's been a good experience, hard at times but that's to be expected."

"I initially reached out to Cynthia because I was experiencing an overwhelming amount of anxiety, to the extent that it was interfering with my ability to function. I did not know how to set healthy boundaries. I was overmedicated and self-medicating because I didn't know how to deal with my emotions; I was in a constant state of overwhelm and panic. I am now able to set healthy boundaries and be firm in them without anxiety. I am no longer in a constant state of fight, flight, I am calmer, and I have healthy relationships and more self-confidence."

"I was struggling with lots of anxiety. Cynthia is helping me get to the root of my anxiety to heal those wounds and work through my anxiety when it crops up. Cynthia is the only therapist I've seen who actually works to get to the root of my emotional issues and heal them through science-based techniques. I can't imagine ever seeing someone else."

"If you want a better life, I highly recommend seeing Cynthia for therapy or life coaching. I've seen her for both, and it was hard, but so worth it. I was going down a bleak path and she got me off the path and walked with me through making positive changes. She helped me understand the truth about myself and that was a tough thing, but I'm so much better for it now."
